Crafty Ma Kreations aims to please!  We are dedicated to providing you with the best quality and customer service from the time of purchase to the time that you receive your order!

Custom Items Returns & Exchanges:

No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed or custom-built equipment.  We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS, UPS, or Fedex along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by them

Custom Products Satisfaction Guarantee:
We want you to enjoy your custom items, and we work with you during the quoting, design, and proofing process. We suggest you check all spellings, colors, and any details during this time. We're always ready to answer any questions and help before and during the production process to get you what you need. Once your design is approved, we move forward with production. 

Proofing

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. Once you approve your proof or submit your order, we take that as confirmation that you have reviewed it and you want it exactly as shown. Crafty Ma Kreations will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. We will do our best to check spelling, but we don’t guarantee that we will find it. If you have any questions, we rely on you to let us know so we can resolve those prior to printing. 

 

Processing and Shipping Time:

Our current processing time is 7-14 business days. Shipping may occur but is not guaranteed to occur during said processing time. All artwork is approved via a digital mockup through email. Any modifications requested after artwork approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mockup could result in production delays.  We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages.
